- Account Credentials: Name, username/email, phone number, and encrypted password used for role-based authentication (Admin, Manager, Worker, Cutter, Stitcher, Quality Checker).
- Manufacturing & Order Data: Customer names, order specifications, suit sizes, batch numbers, stage progress (Cutting, Stitching, Embroidery, Quality Control, Ready, Dispatch), and invoices.
- Photos & Media: Images and videos captured or uploaded by authorized personnel to record production milestones, packing verification, quality inspection, and dispatch proof.
- Utility & Meter Records: Meter reading numbers, consumer IDs, bill amounts, and payment receipts for factory and office utility tracking.
- Device Information: Basic device telemetry (model, operating system version) to ensure compatibility and troubleshoot technical issues.
3Device Permissions & Hardware Usage
Our Android application requests the following runtime permissions strictly to provide functional enterprise features:
Used exclusively for scanning order barcodes/QR codes using Google ML Kit Barcode Scanner and capturing live photos of finished race suits for quality and dispatch verification.
Used to select and upload production pictures, packing photos, and invoice PDF documents for customer dispatch emails and internal records.
Used to synchronize order statuses with the central server and detect offline/online connectivity states.
Used to send real-time operational alerts regarding high-priority orders, stage completions, and urgent system notifications.
4How We Use Your Information
- To manage manufacturing workflow from raw material to finished product.
- To send automated dispatch notifications and email tracking with packing pictures and invoice attachments to customers.
- To calculate worker piece-rate payroll, attendance, and production ledger balances.
- To prevent unauthorized access to proprietary company manufacturing patterns and client designs.
- We NEVER sell, rent, or monetize your personal or business data to third parties or advertisers.
5Data Security & Protection
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your information:
- All network transmissions are strictly encrypted via HTTPS / TLS 1.3.
- User passwords are protected with strong cryptographic hashing (bcrypt) and are never stored in plaintext.

6Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy
We retain account and production records for as long as your account remains active or as needed for statutory accounting and warranty tracking purposes.
How to Request Account or Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, any user or employee can request complete deletion of their account credentials, uploaded images, and associated personal data by emailing us at dashracegearcompany@gmail.com or contacting the company administrator. Data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
7Children's Privacy
Our application is an enterprise workforce management system designed for use by authorized company personnel and business partners aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
